I went through a tutorial for Alice and made a project. I learned how to change the camera's point of view, move the camera around,and I learned how to use keys to move around the objects. When I was finished I was able to drive the car around with the astronaut and I was able to make the astronaut wave.

The first thing I made with Sketchup was a house. The first thing I did was draw a rectangle and pop it up.

Then I added a second story, and I took off the roof and one of the walls, so that you can see inside. After that I made a fence. Then I added a swimming pool and a diving board. Then I added things inside the house.

Visual Python

We used Python to make a ball bounce inside a box. The first thing that we did was make a ball bounce on a wall. Then we added more walls, to make a box. We made the walls clear so that you could see through them. Then we also made the ball bounce off of the other walls. At the end the ball did not bounce inside the box, like it was supposed to. It just keeps bouncing.

I also used Python to make a spiral.

We used Python to make the earth orbit around the sun. The first thing that we did was create the earth and the sun. We had to find the distance between the Earth and the Sun. So we used the Pythagreom Therom. We used vectors to get the Earth to orbit around the sun. Newton's formula is used to find the gravitational pull of the sun.
