Circuits Project:

What circuits looks like.

In computer science we learned the basics of circuits. We even got to do a bit of soldering.

Here we are practicing our knowledge on breadboards.

Parts commonly used in circuits are resistors, capacitors, diodes, inductors, and special coductive wires.

You can see us playing around with the breadboards as we follow the instructions. To power the circuit is a 6 volt battery.

It got pretty confusing at times actually.

We also used CEDAR, a program that lets us experiment with virtual circuits. In it we learned how to man AND, NAND, NOR, and XOR gates

After we proved ourselves to Mr. F, we got the chance to actually melt some medal!.

The final result?

A blinky!.
