My Server Project:

During our server project, we took apart a server and labled most of the key components.

RAM

This is an image of 4 RAMs. RAM stands for Random Access Memories.
RAM is a form of computer data storage.

Media Drive

This is a media drive, a media drive allows you to play DVDs and CDs.

Coin Battery

This is a coin battery, A clock battery is a backup battery that provides power to
a computer when the primary source of energy is unavailable.
A clock battery also retains the clock time and date in computers.

Heat Sink

This is a heat sink, it helps prevent the CPU from frying by absorbing excessive or unwanted heat.

Motherboard

This a motherboard. A motherboard is a circuit board containing the principal components of a computer.
