Unfortunately we were unable to take apart a server due to the fact that the servers were stolen.
We were able to play a "game" with Mr. Miller where we had to diagnose a problem with a computer pretending that we were a Tech-Support.
My team unfortunately lost the game, our because we over thought our problem thinking that there was a problem deep problem inside the computer, when the problem was actually the brightness was turned all the way down on the monitor.
This resulted in my team not earning any "brownie" points that Mr. Miller was giving out to people for answering questions and winning at games.
We learned about the different Hardware inside of a computer, from R.A.M. to the computers fan.
R.A.M. is the Random Access Memory, the R.A.M. is responsible for remembering everything you do on your computer. From remembering your history to helping you process your games and videos.
The mother board is the green board that everything is connected to.
The power supply is what supplies all the power to the computer.
The clock battery powers the clock even when the computer is off, which allows the computers clock to always be accurate.
The heat sink keeps the computer from overheating.
The USB Ports allow you to plug in a mouse or an external hard drive
