Today what we worked on the chat-bot

We worked on the code. This is for the computer to answer questions.

This are the responses of the computer. It was hard for me because I didn't know how to do the functions but then I started to get it.

Today and yesterday we did the Turing test. Some students went outside to do the turing test. Once they were done, we voted if it was the computer who replied or if it was a human.

Watson

"Watson is an artificially intelligent computer system capable of answering questions posed in natural language, developed in IBM's DeepQA project by a research team led by principal investigator David Ferrucci."

Today in class, we saw a movie of Watson(computer). After four years of creating Watson, David Ferrucci finally got it to be on Jeopardy after fixing it many times.

We watched the second part of the movie. Watson won the humans. Watson got $1,000,000 and donated towards its charity.

Hangman Game

Today in computer science class, we put the code for the game of hangman. Mr. Farrell was up front putting the code in the computer.I didn't know how to do this but I got help from Mr. Farrell.

Week 7

Today we used Net logo. We were using turtles.

Tic-tac-toe: Day 1

Today is the first day of tic-tac-toe. We were using python 2.7.

Tic-tac-toe: Day 2

This morning we were working on finishing the code for tic-tac-toe.

We had to get this function done by 10:30. After brunch I had the function done, the only problem most of us had was that it was running because it still had a few errors I had to fix.

This is the error I get. I have to fix the code in order for the game to run without any problems.

Today I finally finished the code. It feel good when you have it done. I got help from Mr. Farrell.
