On Wednesday morning our class worked on a text file that
was programmed to write texts onto a blank document that I
made text appear on the blank document as written in python.
In python I made many different bots to communicate with and
have communicate with me as well. I also programmed the robot
to answer questions and speak them along with answering the
questions.
Above I have a snap shoot of a conversation the computer
and I had and I got to ask it a question. Sometimes the
conversation I had with the computer wouldn't work so I did
my best to make it work most accurately.
Today during class when we were working on our chat bot our
teacher Mr. Farrell told us that there are bots already made
that we could talk to. When I was talking to the computer I
noticed that the person/bot I was talking to was asking if I
was a robot and
above is a snapshot of the a part of the conversation I had
with the computer:
Above this text is a screen shot of the code I used to create the
rock, paper, scissors game in class on Thursday. This picture
is only one little piece of the code and their is plenty
more of the code that could not fit into the screen so I just
put whatever part of the code I could get.
In the picture I have input overhead is a screen shot of
my hangman code I got to complete
In the picture of the code above is all of the code I got to
write for my Hangman game. Their was a lot of more code I needed
to complete but I did not get to complete the game yet.
In the snapshot above is the code to make the Tic Tac Toe
board show and you would be able to see where you would play
your 'X' or 'O' in the game. The underscore is to separate
the straight lines so you could see the options you have on
where to play your letter.
When you start the game for Tic Tac Toe this is what
pops up to show you what the game board is going to look
like. Like I explained in the picture above it is the code
used to make the board and a different code is needed to make
the text show below it.
I may have gotten the game to function but their were
some problems that prevented me from getting the game to
properly work. One possible reason why the game was not
working was because the code was probably misspelled or
some of the commands were not being understood by the computer
to make the game function properly or the way I wanted it to
function.
The picture above is a snapshot of the code I used to make
the patten with the circles onto the space I made for it to
travel around in. The numbers under where it says 'void set-up'
is where I changed the numbers to make a different pattern.
Above is a picture of a ball that I programmed to bounce
around the space it was placed in. I wrote the program
so that when the ball moved around the space it left behind
a trace of where the ball went through that's why the picture
looks like thousands of balls around the the screen.
